St. Stevens Boarding School is a boarding school for boys, so we are needing some students of decent age(male), some teachers (male/female), some admin types (male/female).

Students, just state your year (junior or senior), age if you like, but is assumed to be over 18.

Teachers and admin, some are really evil, some are easily bribed, some know what's going on and just don't care, or even participate:
Principal, Secretary, Janitor, Math, Librarian [NPC], English, Latin, Geography, History etc. etc.

The idea is, when students disrespect the teachers or something in class, they get detention, which is basically chores duty during their free time (washing dishes, cleaning stuff, shelving books, etc.) Certain students know about Room 756, which is accessible only through the Librarian (bribe the librarian, a npc). The Room is equipped with all sorts of interesting things, hidden within the floorboards, and some things in the actual room, that students are permitted to use.


Note: girls could play guys too (students, teachers or admin), or vice versa (regarding teachers and admin)

History: Jay Green's been at St. Stevens Boarding School since his parents divorced 3 years ago. They sent him off to the boarding school and he stays there even during most of the holidays. All the teachers have gotten used to him by now, and most of them know his name already. He is part of the school's track and field team, but that is about the only thing he really tries at in school, aside from stirring up trouble. He's an arrogant smartass in class who doesn't care about his studies, but his parents (though divorced) are still rich enough to keep him at the school.

This was Rick’s first full time paying teaching position since graduating with hie Master’s Degree. He had studied hard to get through college, working several part time jobs to finance his education. He came from a middle class family with high moral values and good work ethics. Rick was excited about starting his teaching career. The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that he had to move away from his high school sweetheart. They had gone through college together, she was a business major. She already had her own job in her chosen profession, already climbing the corporate ladder. As much as Rick wanted to have her move with him, he knew it was unfair to ask. They both agreed to try to keep their relationship intact, even though it now would become a long distant one. They both knew deep in their heart it most likely would not last. Rick knew it wouldn’t be long before guys were hitting on his beautiful girl and only a matter of time before she caved.

Rick was determined not to let anything get in his way of enjoying his new profession and become one of the best teachers at this boarding school. He was young and was sure he could get the kids to relate to him, sure he could teach them well. True, not many boys this age enjoyed English classes but he was determined to show them how it could be interesting. The fact that he would be coaching the wrestling and baseball teams should help. He had already rented an one bedroom apartment close to the school, found a few restaurants and bars for excitement and was more than ready for the first day of classes.

At first glance one would take her for a last generation child of the sixties wearing long dresses.

She expects 100 % from her students and makes that perfectly clear should one reflect a defiant nature. She decorates her classroom with sage and astrological signs, her door has a huge sign that reads in bright neon pink letters

His parents sent him so far away in hopes that the small town he's from in Alabama will forget about him and the scandal that he caused. Late in the year, Caden joins the coaching/teaching staff at St. Stevens Boarding School for boys. This is his first year out of college where he had split his education between two different universities. The first school on his swim athletic scholarship as loner, somewhat shy student then later transferred to a big city art academy to earn his MFA.

The art academy is where he found his confidence, mostly cocky attitude and acquired his metrosexuality. Now an urbanized male of bisexual orientation with a strong aesthetic sense and spends a great deal of time and money on his appearance and lifestyle his goals are limited to his pleasure. Although, under this slick veneer, maybe he is still that loner, somewhat shy small town kid, but even if he is, no one will ever see it if he can help it.

Derek is a new student at the school, pushed by his over-zealous parents to excell in art, which he is naturally talented in, and doesn't believe he needs a teacher to try to mold him into their idea of what an artist should be. He also takes a few required classes, along with a swim class that he chose by process of elimination, to fill in his phys ed requirement. Derek would much rather lock himself in a small room and listen to broody emo or trance music than go anywhere near a swimming pool. And much to his dismay, the same teacher who will be telling him how to paint, is also the one who expects him to strip down into swim trunks and get into a large amount of cold water! He has decided from the very moment that he saw his schedule that it's going to be an extremely long semester....

Taylor just graduated with her Masters in Math and Teaching. She had been appling for jobs all over the world. She got the job at St. Stevens Boarding School. She really doesn't know what to expect from the students but she is going to go by the book. She's not going to let her obsession ruin her job.

Once she had gotten all of her things moved into her new home. She went to bed so that she could be fully rested for tomorrow. Taylor woke up at 5:30 that morning. She took a shower and got dressed did her hair and make-up in a respectable fashion. She then drove herself to work. Once she reached to school she went directly to the Principals office.

Madeline had transferred from London only months ago. She wanted to work in the USA and was lucky to find a posting at St. Stevens Boarding School. I had been working at Oldham Hulme Private School in Huddersfield London. When my marriage broke up my life went to hell and I needed to get away. I came home after work late and found my husband of two years in bed with my best friend. I went to the country to stay with my father, but the hurt was deep and I needed some new scenery.

I applied and got the transfer and now, for the first time, I was working in a private boys boarding school. I was nervous. I had always taught girls. This was going to be a new experience. New country, new customs... new education system.

Madeline was boarding with two other teachers. She hadn't got to know them yet. She had a small but comfortable room. She showered, dressed and made her way to St. Stevens via bus. On arrival she finds her way to the staff room.

hey, just come on in, if you can't post every day, i would suggest finding someone or developing a storyline within here that'll be easier to keep up with or without your character in it? We would like to keep the story moving every day if possible.

Landi teaches science.. Biology, Chemistry, or Earth Sciences. Often times she rotates them into one year of study to make the well rounded student.
Landi worked at Berkley for nearly three years until a few students from her advanced class were caught formulating mind drugs but she was found innocent of the charges brought against her yet resigned for better prospects.
At first glance one would take her for a last generation child of the sixties wearing long dresses.

She expects 100 % from her students and makes that perfectly clear should one reflect a defiant nature. She decorates her classroom with sage and astrological signs, her door has a huge sign that reads in bright neon pink letters
