OOC Casting Call, A Reunion, Five Years Later

First off, I have an urge to say this *points to title* It's an OOCCC

Idea:

Group of friends used to be inseperable in highschool, but they all went seperate ways afterward. Now, five years later, one of them decides to pay for all of them to fly in to his/her beach house and spend some time there.

But, I don't know, nothing is set in stone. I don't really want it to follow the same patterns that most do on Lit. I want it to have each of the stereotypes. Male nerd. Male jock. Male class clown. Male diliquent. Female punk/goth. Female introvert. Female flirt. Female hippie-type-thing.

But it would be when they were in highschool that they would have been that stereotype, they'd still have the base of that sterotype in them, but some might not be quite the same person that they were back then.

I'll be playing the hippie, and my bio will be up soon. Please don't post here until I give the go ahead, I want to get everything that is needed up before other people begin to jump in, but if you see this and feel a need to, for whatever reason, feel free to PM me and reserve your character.

Oh, and, I want this thread to go smoothly, and I'm going to try not to be bossy, but please, if you can't post at least two lines worth, don't join.

Personality, then: She was fun, quirky and smart. She love to wear tye-dye and dress like everyone's stereotypical hippie. It amused her to no end when she'd hear someone walk by and comment on her look. She'd been asked a few times whether she smoked illegal substances, and her answer had always been no. She'd tried it once and disliked it, besides, the smoke wasn't good for the environment. She was the one that the group went to for spelling or definitions, if Jason wasn't around, that was.
Personality, now: She's still the same fun, quirky, smart, passionate girl that she used to be, but now she has money to back things up. She still loves tye-dye and jeans, but every once in a while she'll wear something different.
Other: She's been on the news quite a few times; state, national, and even international. She has her own line of environment friendly clothing, make-up, hair products, and even shoes. She's not married, but she's since lost her virginity. She went to law school for a few years, but she dropped out, deciding that law wasn't going to be what helped her reach her goals. She actually owns the island that everyone's flying to, deciding that the best way to keep it safe was to purchase it. It's home to numerous species, endangered and not. The island is part of the U.S.'s territory, but it's on few maps, being so minuscule compared to everything else. It's aproximately 20 acres, though it's not a perfect shape, it's smaller and larger in some areas.

Stereotype: Goth

Looks, in highschool: 5'6 light caramel skin, hazel eyes, hair color changed with her mood. Pierced nose and ears. Firm C cup, slim waist. Mohawk at several points through high school and most notably hot pink from Prom til graduation

Looks, now: Not much has changed for Pixie though her hair is now black and blue. 5 more piercings since high school, lip, nipples, navel and two more in her ears

Personality, then: Very much the typical punk goth. If you were friend you were friends and if you weren't then it was best to stay out of her way. Pixie was also just the typical teenager, ready to grow up and get away from high school but not necessarily ready to become a responsible adult. Loyal to her friends though no matter what clique they were in

Personality, now: A lil more mellow in some regards and now a "responsible" adult or at least close to it. Pixie has settled into life after high school. Her time is mostly split between her father's music store and the nightclub where she spins twice a week.

Other: Pixie dropped off the map right after high school after getting into a car accident over that summer while on vacation. She now sports a large lotus blossom on her tattoo covering most of the scar on her back.

Looks, in highschool:Alex stands about 5'5", her skin is pretty pale from being inside most of the time. She tended to wear band shirts and jeans every day to school. She has dark brown eyes and long black hair, down to just below her shoulders. Alex
Looks, now: Alex is still the same height, but has developed much more since high school, she has dyed her hair a lighter color and sometimes wears light colored contacts. She wears more revealing clothing now.Alex Now
Personality, then: Very quiet, kept to herself and was extremely shy around guys.
Personality, now: More outgoing, is pursing a modeling career but hasn't had any luck yet. She loves to party and drink.
Other: Alex works as a bartender in a local strip club, making enough money to be able to afford college and the many expenses of a budding model, she hasn't seen anyone from high school since graduation.

Oh, I've been meaning to explain my disappearence from St. Joans, ever since I got a rather obnoxious and presumptious PM from... A certain player from it. The thread went dead for a few days, a while ago, and I removed it from my subsciption. Maybe a month later, one of the people from it PMed me and made rude remarks about my "tendency" to drop out of threads without any explanation whatsoever. Until then, I hadn't even known the thread had come back to life, and when I looked at it, I didn't see a way for me to bring my characters back in. I'm really sorry about that.

Name: Jason Evans
Age: 23
Gender: male
Stereotype: nerd
Looks, in highschool: about 5 feet 10 and of slender build, not at all muscled, short brown hair and blue eyes; no real distinguishing features – the sort of boy who tended to blend into the background
Looks, now: little has changed, though he now looks a little less wimpish thanks to joining the university track cycling club and so has a certain wiry strength despite still being slender.
Personality, then: reserved, but fun once put as his ease; a bit unsure of himself
Personality, now: a little more confident, but still shy; still has a habit of assuming others share his interests and want to talk tech
Notes: Jason, a Scot, was at high school with the others for the last three years of school whilst his father, an electronic engineer, was on secondment at the US parent company of his UK employer. Normally quite reserved, Jason was especially shy being thrown into an alien culture (not being a great TV watcher, he didn’t even have on-screen depictions of US high school to prepare him). That is, until one of the gang took him under their wing.
After graduating, he returned to the UK, where he took his degree in electronics and radio systems like his father, at York, getting a first. His good grades and practical skills (from doing electronics as a hobby as well) meant he easily got a job, though he is reticent about details. From one or two things he’s let slip, it might be with the UK Home Office…

I’ve made Jason British, like myself, to cover for any slips I might make in US college and graduate culture, and US culture in general.

Personality in School: Quiet One

Curtis was held back his freshman year of school and joined the others as an older member of their cast of friends, typically known for his quiet nature. Never talkative, always there, Curtis was dependable and steady. He was never particularly talented at his studies, frequently struggling with his lessons and his schooling. As a result he formed a close bond with Jason Evans, who more or less coached him through graduation. The result was a ferociously loyal friendship to the smaller man, one that's sustained despite Jason's return to England.

Curtis, enrolled at a State's Agricultural College (the first man in his family to attend a University at all) graduated with a respectable, but modest average, in Equine Management and health. He inherited his family's Horse Ranch and works a diligent, blue-collar existence there. He has recently enrolled at the University of Wyoming's graduate program at the insistence of Jason Evans.

He remains soft spoken, dresses himself in western attire, and is eager to see his friends. Despite his attempts to further his education, Curtis remains a farmboy at heart. He prefers riding and taming horses and the hazards of ranching over books. Curtis' last relationship ended only a couple weeks prior to this vacation and remains a major reason why he agreed to go. His girlfriend of two years left him. She is a considerably more intelligent and ambitious woman, could not tolerate Curtis' displeasure for going out to clubs and parties. He was, in her opinion, both slow and boring.

Looks, in highschool: He was a typical jock, big and buff, his hair was shoulder length and dark brown. (....
Looks, now: Very similar but a few years older, his hair is much shorter not and styled. Though he is no longer as rediculously buff he is more toned, arguably a more healthy look....
Personality, then: Jeremiah was always nice at heart but his sporting abilities and confidence in himself often made him come across as arrogant, he was never the 'serious relationship' kind of guy.
Personality, now: Jeremiah still keeps up the confident act, he is a professional sportsman of mid-upper class talent. Plays football in the National League but is not considered a "star" as such. His overconfidence makes him vulnerable to a confident woman. He is yet to discover a weakness for being teased/seduced.
