  • We don't know much about him except that he is very professional in his duties and very protective of Eliza.

  • Came from the Chambers Neighborhood, which is run by the Mob. (See #6 to #9.

  • Hit-"man"; currently works for an as of yet unidentified criminal.

What's Happened​

Introducing Eliza Green … witch! (Post #1)

• She picks up a drug smuggler in a dance club, using her magic.
• He takes her to his home and fucks her all night long (with the magic equivalent of Viagra).
• The next morning, again using her magic, she convinces him to dig his own grave in the flower garden and put a bullet in his brain.
• Since the estate was a safe house hidden behind a number of shell companies, Eliza essentially steals it for herself.
• She spends the next ten days or so doing a great deal of things, including casting a protection spell over the estate (as will be spoken of off and on), watching the news to learn more about the City, and shopping. (Hey, a girl needs clothing and bling.)

Introducing Matt Johnson … Vice Detective (Post #2).

• Matt is a super star within Law Enforcement.
• He recently put away Gregory Primororsk, a Russian arms dealer who provided guns to various criminal elements.
• Matt is likely to be the next Police Commissioner.

Eliza meets Matt: (Post #3)

• After she sees him on the television news, again collecting accolades for his great work, Eliza decides she wants to have Matt as an associate.
• After making him miss his bus, she picks him up and takes her to the estate … for some skinny dipping and deal making.
• Eliza asks Matt what she can do to help him in his fight against crime.
• He tells her about the corrupt Mayor, Henry Reynolds.
• She tells him that if he brings her a list of Reynolds's top "lieutenants", she will help make him a hero amongst heroes in this town.

The Bad Guy Barbeque: (Beginning at Post #10.)

• Matt arrives at Eliza's estate with the requested information. He picks out 3 primary thorns in his side, all of whom work for or at least with Mayor Reynolds:
  • Victor Trensky, a Russian drug runner.
  • Gregory Thompson, a corrupt Homicide Captain.
  • Helen Ramirez, a corrupt District Attorney who protects Reynolds's criminal friends from prosecution.
• Matt finds Eliza throwing a party … for just about every bad guy in the city. Eliza keeps them entertained with escorts, strippers, cheer leaders, party girls, and any other female who looks good in a tight dress, skimpy bikini, or nothing at all.
• Due to the estate's protection spell, the criminals:
  • Give up their guns at the door, then later forget to ask for them back when they leave without asking for them back.
  • They play nice with the other bad guys, many of whom are enemies.
  • They don't recognize Matt as a cop.
  • And when they leave, they forget everything that happened at the party unless and until Eliza brings it back to them at a later date.
• Eliza points out Martin Carlson (aka Carlos Martinez). (Carlos is an infamous drug dealer who has escaped prosecution on any number of charges over the years, some of which had resulted from Matt's own hard work.)
• After Matt has had the chance to appreciate what she can do -- even if he doesn't understand how she's doing it -- Eliza tells him, "I have the ability to do things that will greatly assist you..." (More found in Post #11).
• She requests 3 things from him:
  • He never speaks of her to anyone, unless given permission to do so.
  • He protects her … without question.
  • And "...no matter when … no matter where … no matter what you are doing at the time or who you might be with … if I come to you … asking you to make love to me … you'll make love to me."
  • She uses her magic to fill his mind with what it would be like to make love with her.
  • He agrees! He asks, "What's the plan?"
• Eliza introduces Matt to Lee Chang, an infamous pimp and human trafficker. (Post #13)
• Lee tells what he overheard in one of his brothels:
  • D.A. Helen Ramirez had her car brought into a shop to be detailed. The back seat was polluted with cum, vaginal drippings, spent condoms, booze, cocaine, and more.
  • Helen is married to the State's Agriculture Secretary, who is now traveling in Europe, which makes one wonder who she was having all this fun with in the backseat of her car.
  • This all led to the point to which Eliza wanted Lee to get, a name: Billy Daniels, a dock worker who may be the point man on the docks for the influx of drugs, guns, and more.
  • Matt was so excited about the new information that he left the party.

Matt goes to see Kasey Jones (Post #14)

• Introducing her:
  • Image. 24 year old non-violent offender: pick pocket mostly.
  • "Loose" with her body when her financial necessary but not a professional prostitute per se.
  • Matt's snitch.
  • Matt's lover, sometimes; she calls him the Night Stick because of his big dick.
  • Matt tries to resist Kasey because she is a registered snitch, but she loves fucking him so it doesn't often stick for long.
• Kasey is being evicted from her apartment.
• Matt pays to store her possessions and lets her move in with him for a while.
• Matt employs her in learning more about Billy Daniels's connection to Helen Ramirez.

Eliza helps Matt take down Reo Kahn:

• Begins at Post #21.
• Reo is the leader of the North 48, a violent street gang (named for the street on which their reign began).
• Eliza has arranged to buy 4 recently imported sex slaves.
• She cheats Reo out of his money: using a spell, he thinks the $1 bills are actually $100 bills, amounting to $150,000.
• While at the meet, she puts one of the guns collected at the barbeque into his trunk. The gun was used in the Kendall Street Massacre 3 years earlier (March, 12th 2015), resulting in 9 deaths and 19 gun shot injuries.
• Robert meanwhile is calling the Twelfth Precinct -- Matt's cop shop -- to report where they can find the KSM killer and his weapon.
• Eliza gets her 4 girls; Matt gets his killer and his associates.

Kasey is pursued by a Fed:

• Beginning with Post #23.
• While Kasey is looking for information on the connection between Billy Daniels and Helen Ramirez, she is also asking questions about Eliza.
• She realizes she is being tailed.
• She pays some friends to cut off and surround the man, only to find he carries a badge.
• We don't yet know what or who he is.

Eliza invites Matt over for dinner:

• Beginning with Post #24.
• Eliza invites Matt over to talk about Reo's arrest.
• She asks for a favor: work visas or some sort of legal papers -- even illegally forged if necessary -- to keep her 4 new girls in the country.
• This scene still playing out.

• Dangerous; won't hesitate to kill or cause physical or emotional harm.
• Loyal to those who are loyal to her.

• There hasn't been much posted about her background as of yet.
• She only arrived in The City the day our RP began (current time period).
