In this alternative earth and space man was inspired by Leonardo Da Vinci and his followers to begin dreaming, thinking, and building much sooner then later. The path man took was one of enlightenment and while many of the same mistakes occurred, but they were repeated less. So when man did go into the stars social, political, and economic issues were already put aside. Through healthy debate and advanced technology people were educated, fed, and happy. Space exploration was the next great frontier and man looked at it in great wonder. They were very unprepared to deal with what they encountered though....

A coalition of seemingly friendly aliens encountered them on the edge of known space, and from that moment on began plotting. There was a brief time of prosperity before the aliens violently enslaved man as they conquered the galaxy. There was a brief war, but humans had long since lost their warrior edge. After all friendly competition and wargames had long since replaced rivalries and armed conflict. So slavery and repression became the order of the day.
For 25 years now many as toiled under the repressive yoke of their alien masters. While the aliens number are great thanks to colonization and cloning they keep humans as a slave race to do all the dirty jobs. They work dangerous mines, perform hazardous tasks on their massive space stations, and during their frequent internal wars they use humans as cannon fodder. Even for a species that is so far removed from it's savage ancestors they could only be pushed so much.
A message went out among slaves all over the galaxy. This is the year to begin the long overdue fight for freedom. We begin at Treemoian 3 the third and one of the oldest ore processing stations above planet Treemoian where humans labor in the mineral wealthy but unforgiving mines. Ore is processed on the station, but the third station boasts other important facilities. There is a robot assembly facility, an arsenal, and a small shipyard. It's a more diverse station then most, and it even has pleasure facilities for humans.
With each day of work humans are issued tokens for their labors. None of the few traders who visit the station will give you anything for them, but they might be inclined to trade for other things. Still though among the aliens these tokens will get you food and better tools. Hard work get's you extra token so soon you get get access to the pleasure quarter, drugs, and alcoholic beverages.
The idea is you're one of those simple human workers going about your duties until you've decided you've had enough. You and the other members of your resistance cell (you and the other writers) need to fight for your freedom. It won't be easy, but if you fight a good unconventional fight. You need to create your own weapons, make underhanded deals, and cut them down one by one.
Who is up for a gritty space adventure? Any questions please ask. I want to flesh this out together each adding our own thing. Oh and just because this isn't in the sexual roleplay section doesn't mean you can't have fun. Humans and aliens are allowed.
