IIRC, the title was something like "Raechel Obeys", using an unusual spelling of the character's name. I believe the story may be part 2 of a series. The main character has lost her clothes already, and is challenged to walk through town to her dorm with her friends. On the way, she masturbates on a park bench in front of her friends, then is made to orgasm by another group they meet in the street. She agrees to strip on the study group leader's porch and submit to the group during study sessions.
