Only 36% of Dems want Biden on 2024 ticket after 10 months in office

Only 36 percent of Democrats want President Biden on the 2024 ticket after holding office for ten months, a NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist National poll revealed Monday.

While only one third of Democrats wants Biden to run again, 44 percent would prefer a different candidate run in 2024. Twenty percent said they are unsure.

I think the election outcomes will alter the legislative plans of the Biden Administration. I think it will solidify the intransigence of Manchin and Sinema towards the Biden budget agenda and might even bring along other Democrats fearful of the baggage they'll have to carry into next November's election.
