My third and final idea.
A guy is put in charge of an online news site that is failing and is tasked with turning them around. They have a new girl who is very gullible. She has a wardrobe mulfunction on the livestream. When it goes up on VOD, it's blurred out with an ad to check out the full unedited stream that usually scrolls along the screen put up at that moment.
He thinks he'll be fired, but the numbers go huge. This leads to him pushing this idea further.
