"It crossed a lot of lines for me. When you kill innocent children, innocent babies, babies, little babies, with a chemical gas that is so lethal – people were shocked to hear what gas it was. That crosses many, many lines, beyond a red line, many, many lines.”

"But the biggest problem is it was Obama's fault."

Thus spoke the con artist one year ago when Syrian dictator Bashar al- Assad used chemical weapons on Idlib province. The images which came of civilians suffering from the attack "moved" the con artist so much he notified his Russian counterparts he would be launching $60 million worth of cruise missiles against the Syrian air base from where the attack was launched. As a result, there were no Syrian military casualties, no extensive loss of Syrian military capabilities, the airfield was repaired and operational within a week, thanks to Russia's assistance, and not a single site where suspected chemicals are stored was targeted.

One year later, Assad has once again used large amounts of chemical weapons on civilians, possibly using the untouched chemical sites from the previous year. This time in Douma in Eastern Gohouta province which sits just outside the Syrian capital of Damascus. Several agencies are reporting the attacks which were carried out through the use of barrel bombs dropped from helicopters.

Graphic images showed people, including children, apparently dead and injured -- some with some kind of spittle or foam in their mouths in makeshift medical centers.

An official with the Union of Medical Care and Relief Organizations (UOSSM) told CNN that doctors in eastern Ghouta have told him they were seeing patients who were convulsing from side to side and some appeared to be paralyzed and unresponsive.

What has been the response of the con artist?

"As we've said, Russia ultimately bears responsibility for the brutal targeting of countless Syrians with chemical weapons. Russia's protection of the Assad regime and failure to stop the use of chemical weapons in Syria calls into question its commitment to resolving the overall crisis."

In other words, no response, since the con artist will not do anything against his puppet master which would seriously degrade Russia's military capabilities in Syria and hold them accountable for propping up the dictator Assad. Nor will he launch any sizable military response either alone or in conjunction with the world community.

Move me once, I got you. Move me twice, I'm going golfing.

But have no fear. Obama will once again be blamed.
