One reason you could be unemployed: When your criminal past isn't yours.

I have long thought what the following link says is true. Courts make mistakes and do little or nothing to correct them. Prospective employers unwittingly use background check systems riddled with errors on unsuspecting innocent people. Your life could be destroyed due to an erroneous background check. A lot of the criminal records on public websites could be false information on a person's past.
