Its not a really big deal as long as no one is posting other peoples' artwork for purposes of material gain or to pass off the artwork as there own when its not. So long as everything is free to view and the artist's name and/or signature is intact and visible, then typically everything is good. Especially since at that point you're just giving the artist free advertising.

Um I hate to be the wrench in the works....
but that picture was from a site.... called something like erotica hardcore or something... for a time they were selling CDs of all of the pictures that were on the site that you could buy... I know this because I bought one way back when I was RPing and used one of the pictures as an AV before the online sites got so pissy about not allowing RPers to use their pictures for AVs.
If I can find the link to the site I will post it.

What part of "it doesn't belong to some random guy that SQ calls a friend" but is actually the property of that site listed above in one of my previous posts did you miss?
Literotica is very much a site that protects copyrights for stories, pictures, etc... I would not be too willing to spread around pictures while someone claims they are theirs especially when it can be proven that they are not.
