Something I did that i think a bunch of people here would find intresting and even participate in:
theonemillionmasterpiece

You get a square and using their java applet you can draw in the square. Your square is located in a giant grid of thousands of other squares. You can try and work with your neighbors or you can try and stand out against them. All your actions are recorded so you can have fun watching other people's canvases to see how they draw their pieces.
