You could post something in the personals section, though there is no real way of knowing where people live here. If it's all online, I don't really know why being in the same country is desirable, tbh.

You could make yourself active in the "community" - find some of the less "serious" forums that have threads you are interested in and see what happens. Connections often happen more when your not actually actively seeking them.
