Description:

It's back!!!

It's one of the most common fantasies in the world. That co-worker you see everyday. Maybe your boss. Maybe your subordinate.

Or you're out and about and you see someone diligently at work, or headed to work.

The whole package is more exciting with their suit or a uniform. The professional aspect adds a special touch to it, whether it be dom/sub, a play on status, or having to sneak around. Wherever your mind wanders. While at work, everyone is on their best behavior.

But of course, everyone has sex on their minds.

On April 13th, Monday, right here on Literotica, those themes will be explored in all their beautiful glory.

Because who doesn't desire a little sex at work?

Guidelines:

- The ENTIRE story must take place at a place of employment
- At least one character must be an employee
- Doesn't have to be one long scene
- It can be many scenes

- Examples include; a professor at college, an airline employee at the airport or airplane, a hotel attendant at a hotel, and of course an office worker in an office.

Date:

April 13, Monday

(submit in the 3 days prior for a timely pre-approval!)

Great. I got close to finishing last year so I’m almost ready

Which category will you be entering?

You don't have to decide just yet, but I think it makes things easier for people to decide where open categories are.

I'll join. I had a story partly finished for this event last year but didn't get it done in time.

It will be published in the Exhibitionist/Voyeur category and it's going to take place in a public library.

The reference to "open categories" implies only one story is permitted in each category, but this isn't spelled out in the OP. Can more than one story be written to a category?

I don't think there is any formal restriction. HeyAll is asking so authors can figure out which categories already have been accounted for and which are still open. But if you want to publish in a category already taken, I think that's fine.

Yeah, you can put 2 stories in the same category. There's no formal rule, but then again why put out two stories in the same category on the same day?

The list is just to help authors decide where to put their story, to avoid things like a crowded field.

Because someone else had already declared in the category you want to submit it? (Was this a trick question?)

I wasn't asking if a single person could put up two stories in the same category, I was querying your "open category" reference--whether someone could post a story in a category already declared in your OP by another author.

But that also begs the question of why someone wouldn't have two stories in the same category posted on the same day. Does everything here have to be couched in terms of needing 5 votes from readers?

Do you want to put a story in the gay category?

The list is just to help give people an idea of who's submitting what.

I am interested in participating in this event.

I think I would like to submit a story in the "nonhuman" category.

I'm planning to submit a story for this, it'll either be BDSM (but light) or Mature, depending on which way the plot bunny hops...

Definitely interested in this one, let's say tentatively in Fetish (but I do have a way of working my favourite fetishes into other categories).

I think I have a story I can work into this. Question, can you reuse characters from other stories? Will be noncon

Category question

Question for the hive mind: the "On The Job" story is about a brief D/s relationship with no bondage or violence (a power of persuasion power exchange, if you will). The characters are a 36 year old female and a 51 year old male. Do you all think it'd be better received in Mature or BDSM?

I think you need to disclose a few more details about the D/s aspects of this relationship so we can answer this question. I don't know what a "power of persuasion power exchange' is. What do they do as a consequence of this exchange (in very general terms)?

In very general terms it's really standard kinds of sex (oral, anal, p in v), with the element of maybe being caught (because it all happens at the office), mild exhibitionism, and control. No one gets tied up, no one gets spanked (I think). It's more someone's giving orders and someone's following them because they want to and are turned on by the idea of following orders to do things they fantasized about but hadn't done.

It's about half written in my head, but not at all in pixels, but I don't expect the final draft to stray too far from that.

Sounds like BDSM to me.

I've written one BDSM story so far (hope to get the second done for the Valentine's day contest). It's very mild BDSM. No rope. No masochism or sadism. The key is power exchange. It did very well. It's my highest rated story (4.81). I think BDSM readers are fairly discriminating and are very interested in the power exchange issue, above all else. Write that in a romantic and compelling way, and they'll be interested. Don't worry about the presence or absence of toys, etc.

One thing I notice is that people revolt if there's noncon stuff in cataegories outside noncon.

But dom/sub angles are just fine. Never saw anyone criticize it, and I've done several borderline bdsm stuff in Group Sex and never had a complaint.

It's better to stick in Mature maybe make the female character a litttle younger. Mature has a lot of readers and BDSM (sadly) barely has any readers left.

It will definitely be completely obviously consensual. And I was kind of wondering if the Mature audience wouldn't mind the BDSM elements.

Personally, I don't mind.

I put a story in first time. It had a bit of noncon and tieing up the main character. No complaints. I guess it was because it was an essential part of the story.

Don't overthink it. My first impression was yours should be in mature, but I'm a relative newbie as well.
