Dranoel said:Yes but the loss of redundancy will cause a slow down. With a SCSI Mirror RAID two drives contain the same data and each drive is accessesed when multile users are requesting data. this eases the work load of both drives and speeds up the system. If one drive fails the system continues but now the good drive is working twice as hard and data requests take longer.
