I just got back from taking my torties to the vet (they're fine - that's a story for another thread, after I finish writing the newsletter), popped my head in over here at the BB to see that we have 27 MEMBERS and 87 GUESTS ONLINE! They're awesome - just got off the phone with the vet, who called with the results of a few check-up tests (all came back fine - they're more healthy than I am, lol). After I finish up the newsletter & tonight's update, I'll tell you kids ALLLLL about today's adventure.

Hell, I have been away for long ..... Laurel got pet tortoises *laughs* That's pretty cute, but a little strange.

Reminds me of that tortoise joke .... I'll shorten it to the punchline (it's not really that funny anyway). But these tortoises are in a pub. They give some money to the smallest one and he is sent off to buy a round of drinks. A couple of hours later the others get restless and one of them says "I'll bet he has run off with our money and isn't comming back...." Just then a little voice pipes up from across the room "Anymore of that and I won't go at all"

*Slut_boy holds up sign saying "laugh now"*

Anyway, Laurel, I hope that the little fellas are doing well. No one likes going to the vet *smiles*
