It is not good to amend the spirit of Olympic Games by revising the slogan

But they can compete in their own country, like the European Football Championship that ended not long ago, which provided 10 host countries. But it was sad that they still have had many victims of COVID19 caused by the gathering huge number of live audience.

You are right, that is the most tragic problem that disturbs all parties concerned. An athlete is the person that most likely has the worst health condition.
