Please add your ideas to this, it's something I've been thinking about:
A young man gets a job in a big company. The department he is assigned to has it's own directors, etc... There are a couple of older women who have been in the department for many years and who have the director's hear.
The young man realized that he would have to get on the women good side if he hoped to excel in the department and company. The women were friendly to the young man, which he thought was strange, because to the competitive nature of the business.
He found that the lady's attitude were genuine. They were friendly to everyone, everyday. Before every holiday, the ladies were the first to send out cheers to everyone. They seemed to be on top of events. The brought snakes for the entire department, good will jokes through email, birthday gifts and cards, etc...
The young man set about finding out personal things about the ladies, and was the first to send congrats, gifts, and flowers to one of the ladies upon the arrival of a new grand child.
The young man helped the ladies with every event they decided to support. He even extended himself to helping the ladies with home repairs. He also made sure that he was at the office before them, so he could make coffee, instead of them.
The young man was smart enough to extend his good will to other members of the department in order to keep them from seeing his motives.
The young man had gained the ladies confidence, and it paid off. He wanted to move to an office with a view. He mentioned the idea to his boss, but was met with uncertainty. He then explained to the ladies how the bigger office would help him in his job. A couple of days later, one of the ladies came to him with the news that he would be moving into the bigger office.
The ladies loved having the young man around. They like his tight ass, and the bulge he always seemed to have in front. The ladies joke among themselves that they would love to get the young man in their beds. The ladies would expose themselves around the young man much more than they would ever dreamed of doing with any of their other co-workers.
Through all his efforts to win the ladies favor, the young man was finding it harder and harder to avoid looking at the women like fuckable spices of meat. Above all, he did not want to offend the ladies, and risk falling out of their favor. Their ample breasts and long stockings kept him fighting with his lust.
