Older threads or New ones?

How many people read just the threads that are at the top of the list and ignore those a page or two back?
I admit I'm guilty of that. I usually just look at the first page. But I've discovered older threads that make me laugh. What do you look for on the forum? The first page or do you go deeper?

I stick to the first two pages and rarely open threads that are more than 3 pages long unless I've replied to that thread in the past.

If I find myself going back, I figure I have to shut the machine off and go do something productive. Now, that is. I did some poking around the first week I was here, out of curiosity.

rarely go back past 1 unless somthing reminds me of something...

I go to my fave threads, or if any of the new ones sound interesting, I'll post there.

I always read the threads on the other pages, looking for my fave ones :D

When the board is moving at light-speed, I usually go to page 2 to see what I might have missed.

I stick to the first page then do a search on posts Ive replied to.
If I want to continue replying I do it, but dont look down the line to find other stuff to read.

4500 and a few to go Snoop, Im catchin up! lol

I check the ones that have been 'bumped' and cut 'em off my list. That way I just keep the better ones that didn't need help to keep them in the limelight.

(I'm also contraversial and wicked :p :) :)

I very rarely go past the first page. I have email reminders turned on for when someone posts to a thread I've posted to and if I've unsubscribed from them then I don't want to read them any more.

Every once in a while I feel the need to bore someone to death with something I posted years ago so I search my own 'search' thing at the bottom of posts (you can search others too which is interesting sometimes) and find loads of threads which I read again. (like the Einstein Jokees last week)

Sometimes I hardly make it halfway down page one. I don't subscribe to anything anymore, just take my chances I won't miss anything good. When I want to reread something not too recent I do a search.

Checking in everyday there is rarely a need to go past the first page. I do not think with a every day check I miss any....

Do I???
