Older Nurse, younger male

I would like to see a story about a younger male (18-20) going to the Dr.'s office for a physical. The nurse would make him get naked and would wind up taking him from one examroom to another and others might see him. She and/or the female doctor would give him a very thorough exam and of course would need a sperm sample. i think it would be nice if his mom had to accompany him and was in the room for the full physical. Thank you all so much, I love the stories I read here.
