Your question: I've had been married once and had a long-term relationship with another woman who were both 14 years younger than me. Not a huge difference, but worth noting. I've had a number of students over the years where the age difference was considerably greater than that who were seriously flirting with me. Because of the teacher/student relationship, I didn't pursue it— but the energy was definitely there, in both directions.
