The story was an older man/younger woman, he is a divorcee or widower, she is his daughter's best friend/classmate (blonde maybe?) and they had to hide their growing infatuation with each other. The twist was that he had not had an orgasm in months/years and was in a great deal of pain/discomfort because of that. When she finally brings him to climax, it is copious.
There are other vague details that I remember. The three father, daughter and friend watching a movie. The friend teasing his erection beneath a blanket with her foot.
