I am looking for older ladies to talk to. I have enjoyed the company of older ladies all my life. The conversation doesn't have to be erotic but if thats what you want then that would be even better. A good writer would be nice.

Hammy you have to give us an idea of what you consider 'older' to be..

How old are you for starters?

44

I'm 44 Labybird
An older lady would be someone who is old enough to have unloaded all her past bagage.

The only people I know who have unloaded all their past baggage are dead and buried.

That's a very sad statement Ebonyfire. Do you carry baggage yourself? By baggage I mean stuff that you spend time thinking about that you can't change. Past experiences, things like that.
A couple of years ago I let stuff go from my life that I though I never would. Now I can finally live my life the way I always wanted to. I hope you haven't had to bury too many friends!
I know how to spell baggage now!

What I meant was I do not believe that we can get rid of "all" of anything. we learn to put that "stuff" in perspective and move on. I have anxieties because I am human. As for being "Missy Happy Britches all the time, nope I am not. LOL

I try very hard not to use the words all or never. In my experience nothing is that cut and dried.

I do not find that statement sad, it is just my opinion, no more no less.

And when you get to be my age, you go to more funerals than weddings.

However, as long as the last one I gone to is not mine, I am content.

LB, I have read your posts, and you are pretty wise and intelligent person yourself!

As my momma used to say, just keep on keeping on!

Last night, I was in kind of a post menopausal funk, but now in the morning light, the world seems shiny and new.

Hammy, you cheered me up!
