I'm not sure where to post this, but I've seen similar threads in this forum before, so I hope I get some replies.
There was an author on this board back in '07-'08 who published a couple of novels here. I think she eventually found a publisher and removed the stories, though, so it doesn't do any good to do a search. However, I'm hoping that she's still here, or that someone recognizes her.
Her favorite theme was a delicious mix of non-consent and romance.
One story took place in a post-apocalyptic world where a virus had decimated the population. The female population was struck particularly hard, leaving a very high male::female ratio. The heroine is wandering alone in the wasteland when she is found by a ragtag platoon of soldiers. They want to rape her, but she is saved by an older man named John (who becomes our hero). She is taken back to the military base, taken before the commanding officer; the CO has to decide her fate.
I'm not sure if this is enough info to spark anyone's memory. I'd love to find this author again. I finally have an ereader, and want to put her stories on it, and I'd love to see what else she's written since.
