Old story posted in new submission

Received an email from a reader that chapter 1 of my story, South Mountain Pack, was in the new submissions. This chapter is 3 years old. I haven't updated/edited it and am wondering if any of you know why it would be posted in the new submissions section. Computer glitch or something else?

Yes, and I checked my submissions page and the date changed from 2/2013 to today's date.
