It is set at a college. The main male lead lived in a luxurious off campus house with 2 extra rooms he was looking to rent. His parents are very wealthy but we learn later that they still had him take jobs to earn money for himself. He is pretty straightlaced.
The female lead rents a room in his house (I think along with her friend). She goes to the same college of course. She is basically a super slut that bangs a lot of jocks along with her slutty friends.
