Old Story, but now awaiting mod approval?

Apologies if this is the wrong section, but I wasn't sure where else to put this.

A little while back, I remembered a story I had read here. Much Googling later, I found the link:

However, now it says it's awaiting moderator approval. I know I read the story here before. Why does it need approval now? Is there any way I get back to reading it?
