I read it at least one year ago. Possibly three or even four.
It purported to be a true story, in a brief foreword written in italics.
I believe it was one page long and written in first person by a female college student.
The man, who was not a complete stranger, went to her house under a pretext that was not explained in the story; the narrator mentioned her own gullibility in allowing that. This led to her being tied to a bed in some fashion, probably spread-eagled. Prior to the penetration, there was a short exchange where the man poked at her genitalia and she resisted by clenching.
I have used the story search sufficiently thoroughly, to the point of suspecting that the story has been deleted.
