I think they want these challenged in court and appeal it all the way up until it's taken up by their activist SCOTUS so they'll be able to rule that the establishment clause in the constitution like the phrase "well regulated militia " in the 2nd amendment does not actually mean what we always thought it meant when we've always read it.
