When I lived in Thailand, we had Thai show up to the door in costume on the night, but other than being able to go out in drag, they didn't seem to know what it was all about.

seems crazy given the state of america and the rest of a lot of the globe, but because they were able to reduce their case numbers almost to the point of eradication their lives have returned back to something resembling normality. is it flirting with danger? probably, though you may see many of those wearing halloween masks will also be wearing regular face masks beneath them.

who knew? i didn't, but with the love of cosplay so prevalent there and in japan it's not really surprising they took up the chance for more fun
