You're not alone in this. Although I don't find the "tentacle" aspect the most appealing, I love the notions of "non-consent", "reluctant", and "forced." In my mind, it has to do with control and a lack there of.

Obviously, real rape is a grotesque and vile act that pisses me off just thinking about it, but I don't think these anime, cartoons, etc... are about "real rape." They simply play at that fantasy and psychological element of power/ control.

I have to agree with what mmarfox said wholeheartedly. Real rape a total no-no, but I tend to really get off on it (rape that is) in hentai as long as the person isn't harmed. Plus most of the time in hentai they end up getting into it anyway.
