tonight, i went to the park with a friend to feed the ducks....we were having a great time..laughing..making jokes...minding our own business...then two guys came up and started bothering us...asking us..what we were doing??what are names were?stuff like that...so we decided to leave...(we still had bread left...poor little duckies)we get to our car and the guys are yelling asking us ..where we were going?? if we wanted company?? we explained to them that we were just having fun with each other and that we weren't interested in hanging out..we got in our car and drove away....we got to my house..got out and we were just talking and stuff..and then..all of a sudden..there are those guys..in their car....they followed us!! then one leaned out the window and said.."nice place..which one of you lives here?" we just got back in the car..and just sat there until they left...i got the license plate number...but i'm hesitant about calling the police..they didn't really do anything wrong..but freak a girl out

why do some guys think they are so great? so great that a girl will totally fall in lust with them for showing her some attention...

Unless I was feeling particularly unhinged, and then I would have gotten out in the street and taken off some articles of clothing, sprawled out on the asphalt yelling (totally psycho) "You wanna fuck this? You do? Really? Well, come on! I'm waiting for ya, big boy!"

I've always wondered what would happen if I did something like that, but I wouldn't try it unless I had someone really big and burly to kick their asses if they decided to take me up on the offer. I'm a big chicken, really.

I'd make a police report just in case you need to take out a restraining order later. Better to be safe than sorry.

i've decided to report them in the morning..i'm sure they thought it was just "harmless" fun...but..sometimes girls (well..speaking for myself) are sensitive about stuff like this!

Guys like the ones Amelia encountered are total TRASH. <sigh> Most people look at me and think i fall into the typical jock category...but i have something different...a respect for women, that i'm certain all the guys on this board have as well. The guys that poor sweet Amelia had to deal with are scumbags, who unfortunatly infest society. Given the chance, i'd take it upon myself to kick the living ass out of everyone of these guys. Ugh, i'm like all heated now...sorry for the tirade...hope that the cops get them...now i'm gonna go try and get bitten by a radioactive spider so i can actually go about kicking all these guys asses at the same time.

Report it tonight, and ask for increased patrols in your neighborhood. These jerks know where you live and they sound to me like to have a few beers/joints and decide to come visit at an asocial hour.

It might be OK to wait until morning, but then again, it just might not.

ya know..the funny thing is...we had a cell phone...we just didn't want to "over react" that sounds kind of funny now..i wonder why i worry so much about that kind of thing...this isn't the first time something like this has happened...and i guess in the back of my mind..i just kind of think i did something to make the people act that way..and so..it's my fault..and i'd be silly to report it when it's my fault...

i know it's NOT my fault..but...something in me..makes me think that...w/o even thinking it..

Buy a gun, learn to use it. The police aren't going to do shit. Texas has a "right to carry" law too.

Try an old, old experiment. Call for a cop, call the fire dept., and call for a pizza. See who shows up first.
