"Ann Landers" First and Middle Names were Esther Pauline
"Abigail Van Buren" was Pauline Esther

And you people gave ME grief for Thing 1 and Thing 2

Hey, I love thing 1 and thing 2. How's (for lack of a better term) thing 3?

People name their twins strangely

Two sets in my family: Marilyn and Carolyn; Winona and Leona

Sad, very sad.

When I was 8 months prego with my twins, I was waiting in line at Walmart (for what seemed like eternity)and I thought, If I go into labor now and have to deliver these kids in the backroom, I guess I'll have to name them Wally & Marty'. I started to giggle out loud to the point I was fanning myself and wiping the tears, explaining to people that I was fine.

lisalovesit, thanks for the laugh. Glad you didn't go into labor there, though. Wally and Marty from WalMart might be a bit extreme though.

I had twins named DeVon and DeVonte in my class. Rhyming names is one thing but those were too close.

Work with some twins at work, I think we have three people who have twin sisters.

The one that stands out most names are.

Melissa A. & her sister Melinda B.

They don't have middle names just A&B, for the order they were born with. There younger sister was subsequently give the letter C. for a middle name.

One of the other twins in the office, married a man who was a triplet. What are the odds of that happening?

Fred and Fredrick lived around the corner. We lost Fredrick my senior year in highschool and haven't seen Fred since. I think their mom was just lazy, personally.

not really twins but

George Foreman the boxer named his 5 sons George ( 1,2,3,4,5)
