The Oklahoma Supreme Court has ruled that the approval of the nation’s first state-funded Catholic charter school is unconstitutional.

I think the decision follows precedent. The State cannot endorse any single religion and the State funded Catholic schools do exactly that.

Vouchers, OTOH, don't violate this prohibition and that's what the State should have done.

Exactly! Let the money follow the students, grant freedom of choice to attend any school that meets educational standards and requirements.
