Ok, so He's gone for the whole week

He is on vacation and will not have access to a computer for all that time....so, instead of spending hours every evening talking with my Master, i am at loose ends. Before He left, we collaborated and made up a long list of projects for me to work on while He is gone, but i still miss His gentle reinforcing of who and what i am to Him.

So tell me, submissives/slaves. How do You keep the submissive juices flowing when he is physically far away?

Figuratively, of course.

This can't be easy for you....I empathise with your pain. There is no chance for him to drop into an internet cafe and send the occasional email, or phone, write? Maybe an idea is if you don't already keep a journal, to begin writing down your feelings and thoughts each day, perhaps including a few essay type entries on facets of the D/s relationship which you have given special thought to in his absence. Perhaps writing him a letter each day he is gone, and wrap them in a perfumed ribbon to give to him as a gift on his return. Spend some time each day visualising special moments you both have shared....not the same as having him there, but does maintain a connection that can be comforting. I wish you well with handling this alone, and know you can share here regularly when you need.....I am sure you will find much support from others on the board to help you keep focused and up for his return.

Thank you Catalina for your empathy and your suggestions...very good ones indeed! He was able to call me today. Five minutes on the phone with Him and my life is back on track. His care of me extends over more miles than I ever thought possible.

You are also correct in that this board is a great place to turn for support and comfort. Thanks to those who make it so.
