OK I need a recipe hot liquor drink

1 shot of Baileys and 3 Hersey kisses and hot cocoa 1/2 shot of peppermint shanps(sp) stirred with candy cane.

The Beggar

Bailey's, an egg, anisette and rum.
Blend the egg, one ounce of anisette and two ounces of rum for 20 seconds with a wire whisk. Add two cups of Bailey's, then throw the damn thing in a big tin can wrapped in tin foil, put it in the microwave and cook on "high" until the sparks threaten to start a fire.
Depending on the power of your microwave, you may want to use a fork to get the last of the egg out of the bottom of the glass.

Candy Cane

.75 oz Peppermint Schnapps
.75 oz Creme de Cacao
.25 oz Grenadine
heavy cream
7-up

In highball glass filled with ice, combine peppermint schnapps, white creme de cacao & grenadine. Fill glass with half-and-half. Top with 7-up. Garnish with a small candy cane or filbert nuts.

****

4 oz Bourbon
4 oz 7-up
.5 oz Grenadine

Mix equal Parts Seagram's 7 and 7 Up, add grenadine to taste. A great holiday version of the 7 & 7.

strain into a Martini glass with a slice of lemon

Hot buttered rum

Boil some water (you gotta love anything that starts that way.)

Put a hefty TBS of brown sugar in the bottom of the mug, maybe 2 depending on the size.

Pour in the boiling water, almost as full as you'd drink the mug/cup.

Dump in a shot of rum.

Flip a tiny sliver of butter on top.

Shake on a hint of nutmeg.

Voila.

Here's another Hot Buttered Rum recipe. I haven't tried it yet but it sounds really good. It looks like it makes a lot, great if you're having company over.

1 cup unsalted butter - softened
1 - 16 oz package confectioners sugar, sifted
1 lb light brown sugar, packed
1 litre (roughly four cups?) softened vanilla ice cream
rum

Cream the butter and sugars together until smooth. Add the softened ice creram and mix to a creamy consistency. Put in a container with a tight fitting lid and put in the freezer.

To make the drink, place two heaping tablespoons of the frozen mix in a glass or coffee mug. Add however much rum you want and fill the mug with boiling water. Stir until the mixture melts. Garnish with nutmeg or cinnamon.
