Just so you all know, the Christmas style has nothing to do with porn, it is from vBulletin, the creator of the software. The style was created by a design studio and it is being used on many vB's around the web. The feedback on it on other sites where I've seen it in use has been very positive!

If I was a genius Tech Nerd then I would only be able to talk to my project manager and he/she would have to translate anything I said. Alas, I'm just an average tech nerd so I can still communicate with other non techies. It's like selling your soul to Al Pachino for immortality. You have to sell your communication skills to Linus Torvalds for technical supremecy. I haven't crossed the line yet!
