I have a question for the ladies.

I have oily skin and while I don't have a real bad complexion I would like my face to be a little clearer. I know that women know this kind of stuff. So what tips do you have for me?

Get a good face wash, and use it every night. I use Neutrogena. Another suggestion would be to get those little blue sheets that you can press against your skin during the day and it absorbs some of the oil. I don't think those prevent breakouts, but they do work really well when it comes to getting "dry" during work hours.

If you're having break out problems, or even a few pimples, just make sure to put medicine on them every night. Sometimes I'll use a dab of toothpaste on one, and the next morning all that is left is a little dried out bump, and you can just scratch it off.

Okay, okay.

Didn't mean to get gross, but just thought I'd offer some advice. Good luck!

You can also try good ol' Noxzema. I use that in the morning, an astringent at night to wipe down the "T-Zone" (forhead, nose, chin), and vitamin-e lotion to moisturize.

My Hubby's got a sensitive face and he found that St. Ives foaming apricot cleanser works great for his face -- it's not gritty or too "fru-fru" smelling.

Check out Neutrogena products. They work wonders for me.

I've got the simplest one for you: eat less fat, and drink more water.

Drinking water works wonders on an oily complexion, trust me, I know. I used to have oily skin.. tried everything to fix it. Drinking water was the only thing that worked for me... when I don't drink enough water, it gets oily again.

Eating less fat... well.. the more grease you have in your body, the more can be expelled through your pores...

try mud masks and blotting papers...they suck the oil off your skin. The mask will shrink your pores down. And make sure to wash morning and night....

It sounds counter-intuitive, but you need to use moisturizer (it must say "non-comedogenic" on the bottle). Your skin will stop over-producing oil if it's hydrated...that's why drinking alot of water works for vixen (good tip, btw).
