How many times in a given day do you see, hear, read about or do something that reminds you of something or somebody? I'm constantly having those...Oh! That reminds me moments.

~ Groundhogs day reminds me of my high school Sweetheart. It's his birthday and he would have been 47 years young yesterday. Happy Belated Birthday, Les. You are sorely missed.

~ Hearing Thelma tell of the antics of her new furball reminds me of Dudley and some of the silly shit he used to do.

~ Cornbread and milk reminds me of my Papaw.

the soccer ball in the loft reminds me of my 10 goal haul against the rival school

butterflies remind me of my daughters.

the smell of Youth Dew perfume reminds me of my mother as does the color yellow. I miss her more then I can say.:(

lighthouses remind me of someone I love dearly but can't stop from slipping away.

antique cups and saucers remind me of my grandmmother, the most amazing woman I have ever known.

the theme from the Godfather makes me think of my grandfather and what a "don" he really was.

there are more, but that's a good start.

The smell of popcorn often reminds me of my dad. He used to like to have it before he went to bed. So much so that sometimes I got tired of smelling it. Wh I wouldn't give to smell it now, cooked by him.

So many things have been happening to remind us of jennys mom since she passed away about a month ago that it is like she is trying to send us a message!

Red buds in the Spring remind me of my father.

So many things remind me of D...snow, KFC, black motorcycles, but most of all any mention of music, or Boston.

Seeing old friends always brings about lots of loud, fast talk of shared memories.
I love that you can be that way with friends you've not seen in a forever.

Fall always reminds me of pranks, we tended to do some very ungrown-up, awful things to our friends in the Fall.

~ hearing the windchimes on the front porch reminds me of my mom... RIP remember ILU

the smell of clothes left outside to 'air out' coming in with a smell that reminds me of my dad

the smell of freshly cut lumber reminding me of the many times spent 'helping' my dad build something for the house

One of my Lit bros. . . his standard greetin' for me is usually "Hey, Trouble" . . . that was my nickname in junior high, so it always reminds me of that time period when I was happy and extremely social. :)
