Oh no! Why can't I chat?

I just went to log into chat and I got a message that I have been banned! How does this happen? To my knowledge I have never done anything that is an out-and-out no-no, I've never asked for any way kinky over-the-top stuff, I am polite to people, what could be the problem? Am soooo sad about this! Have made some nice chat friends and now can't visit with them! Has this ever happened to anyone else?

thanks everyone, I did send an email and hope someone will get back to me soon. Not that I don't love the boards too but I love cybering - with my husband clear across the ocean on another continent, it's the closest thing I have to a sex life for a while! Can't imagine I've actually done anything to deserve banning so it must be some sort of error. Boo hoo for me, oh well.
