Mr. Avenatti has denied making the allegations. OAN apologizes to Mr. Cohen for any harm the publication may have caused him.

It's hard to believe that Cohen found a top-notch lawyer to take his case and file suit against OAN. At that point, the handwriting was on the wall, and the news source realized their bank account was about to run dry.
