This time it was real. They interviewed the kid on local TV news.

In one of the finest examples of understatement ever, when asked how he felt when the doctor found the spiders, the boy said, "I didn't like it. Nobody wants to have spiders in their ears."

Here in England, we have strict laws about trying to sell kidney without steak. It all goes back, as does so much of our culture, to Henry VIII.
