I enjoy medical fetish as well. I think it fits into some corner of the BDSM scene, but I have not seen a special section of Lit for medical stories. I do wish there was a section though.

i wouldn't claim to be into medical fetishes as it's not my favorite thing (as far as i know at least ... but anything is subject to change over time), i do love the Wartenburg Wheel though. i help my Master with His medically related needs in various ways when He needs me too .... but that doesn't fit into a sexual content for us ... it's just another way in which i am able to serve Him & His needs.

i guess that if it's a medical fetish which when expressed and enjoyed involves any form of bondage , and/or disapline, and/or dominance, and/or sadism, and/or submission, and/or masochism ... this would be the place to be ... yes.
