Always one of my favourite settings, I have written a series of Ross the Boss stories.

Office sex stories

One possible story
One possiblity is the story a girl friend at one time had told me. I do not know if it was true or not.
She had been working in sales for the company and on her own had studied electronics. At that time women in tech (at least in that industry was just not done). She was turned down when she tried for a transfer to the tech side. She says that she discussed this with one of the executives and she had offered him all the sex and any sort of sex he wanted for the opportunity to be given a 6 month probationary period in the tech division. They formed a "contract" with a period of sex spelled out and her transfer, she said that was the single best decision she had made in her life and that transfer was the key event in her life.

I doubt these are new idea, and of course from a female persepective, I find it hard to stop all of my thought processes to think like a guy. 
Skipping the above, though that is a really good one, and I can so see it happening.
Makes a huge mistake and should be fired for it, company lost lots of money, offers up body as a way to repay. Leads to lots of sex with older chubby men.
Shouldn't be promoted, but sleeps with boss to get promotion, again lots of sex with chubby older guy. Of course this one could go on for a while, it takes a while for someone to get promoted.
This one is more of an army type idea, but a colonel is a colonel because slept with superiors, and will promote people who have sex with. This could very well be a long runner, starting out with boot camp and traveling up.
About the chubby older guy part, it's just how I see men in big business, so it's what springs to mind when I typed these up.

nothing wrong with a female perspective.
there are lots of 'sleeping with the boss to get promoted' stories, so novelty is at a premium there. Most that I've read though are quick stories of one time being enough. A richer story with ongoing sex might be new enough, if it holds the reader's attention.
interesting you thought of chubby older bosses. Though I asm slim, in my mind my character ' Ross the Boss' is older and portly.

You can do the first thought as a running story as well, not that many older men would go for a gangbang type thing.
The army one actually would be a great running story, and oddly enough actually kinda follows along with the different scandals that have popped up in the last decade or so.
