Closest I've ever come was one of the several years that I played Santa for the party. My female boss (company president) was hot but with a very "in-charge" personality. When she came over to see how the Santa corner was going, I asked her if she wanted to sit on my lap. I always presumed that was the case, but he never fessed up to it any time I asked him about it in the three years we worked together after.

Im self employed and work from home so I’m my own boss and co worker lol, my only experience of sex at a work Christmas party was many years ago in my first job. I was 19 and she was 57, I’d never been to a staff party before and after a lot of alcohol and flirting we ended up in her hotel room and that’s where we stayed for the next day.
