Being the son of one of the founders of Montgomery, Finch & Able people have believed his position was handed to him by his dad. but his time in Harvard was spent being top of his class and a mere .05% of a grade away from honors. When his dad brought him in he started at the bottom working the bullpen and taking crap cases before showing his legal prowess in the court and in the office which got him his office and position. Knowing he couldn't tarnish his dads name he spends most of his off time in books and video games instead of partying in the clubs in the late night.

In the office he was kind and sweet to all those who worked there. But when he was working he was quiet most of the time and locked in his office. to keep him active with the work force during these cases his dad would pair a new hire with him to show them the ropes.

Rose walked into the huge office building. Rose's job was on the 50th floor. Rose was glad there was elevators. Rose walked into the office and looked a bit lost. this place was huge and she was the new girl and had no idea where her office was. Rose looked down at the paper and sighed looking around. she was walking and looking at all the office names. she was feeling very lost and no one would help her. Rose was walking when she walked into a wall. she looked up and realized it was not a wall and a very gorgeous looking man. Rose apologized quickly." i am so sorry sir please excuse my clumsiness i am just looking for where i will be working. i am kinda lost and this office space is huge."

He feels a tap on his shoulder and barely hears the question. He turns to see a new face, he would of remembered someone this pretty. "The deer in headlight look tells me you are new." He jokes with her as the office fills with insane activity. "Here i will take you to the bullpen." he replies as he grabs a few items out of her hands and walks with her down the hall. "The early mornings here are a nightmare, and best advice is if you didn't get coffee now wait till after 11. Thats when catering serves the good stuff."

They walk down a hallway and then towards a small opening with a sea of cubicles. Inside young men and woman nursing hangovers or trying to staple files together for the associates above them. "Well here is where the newbies live. try and get yourself a seat near the window. The sunshine helps with the long days." He continues to joke as he looks for a desk along the pane of glass. "I'm Derrick by the way miss???"

Rose smiled. finally a friendly face she thinks to her self. Rose get an amused look on her face as this guy to her things and began walking her to her new desk. Rose was in such a haze that she almost did not even notice him telling her his name." oh sorry just trying to take everything in I am Rose Dawson. its a pleasure to meet you." Rose looked around and sighed. this is what she was looking forward to a whole bunch of grumps. she sighed and hoped she would not have to deal with them. she just wanted to prove her self and work her way up.

"Please the pleasure is all mine." Derrick replies as he finds her a spot along the outer cubicles. "Well here you go. It has a view and allows you to be out of view from the offices. So what brings you to our little firm?" he asks as she survey her. Her conservative attire suggests that she was mostly business like himself. But underneath was a more fun and interesting girl.

Rose smiles and blushes a bit and looks up at Derrick." i am the new intern here i will be working with Mr.Montgomery. here in the office. is Mr.Montgomery here in the office." Rose looked around not realizing this was the Montgomery she would be working with.

The news made him laugh. "Never mind this spot. Follow me." he says as he picks her box and walks down the hall. A quick jog down the hall to the partner offices. A row of 6 doors down a long hall. He approachs the third door and walks in.

The room had two desks a L desk in the corner across from the door and an executive desk on the other side of the room. Hanging on the walls were posters from star wars, the walking dead and marvel movies. "When my dad told me I was getting another intern. I thought it would be another guy from our fraternity." he says as he places her stuff on the L desk. "They thought that cause my dad open the door they could screw around. Thankfully he decided this time to bring someone in an a actually wants to work. Right?" he says as he turns back to her.

Rose send and followed derrick down the hall in yet another huge office. Rose tried to hide the geeky smile as she saw star wars and the marvel. Plus walking dead. Rose giggled and the became serious." I swear you will have no harder worker then me. I put in long hours and I never leave till my days work is done. You won't regret taking me on. I swear."

Rose began to UN pack her box and set up her desk. Rose smiled as she brought out star wars,marvel and the walking dead and some other things

He chuckled as she in packs and decorates her desk. He liked her eagerness to work and was beside himself as she pulled out a bobble head groot. "Well I haven't seen this one. Where do you get him?" he ask as she continues to set her desk up. He can't help but take a quick glance as she bends over her desk arranging everything.

Rose turned and looked at the groot and smiled." He is a collector's edition. I bought him online just after the movie was released to DVD." Rose code back to setting things up and feels her skirt rise a bit. Rose then beds down into her box. Rose rises back up and drop something on the floor. She puts the rest of the stuff on the desk and gets one her hands and knees showing off her ass.

Rose smiled and grabbed the item and got but but stumbled back into Derrick. "Oh my I am so so sorry. I am so clumsy.um no I think we should get right to work. Maybe you can bring me up to speed on the case we working on."

Derrick caught her as they bumped into one another. He kept his hips away trying to hide the bulge forming in his pants. Her perfume teased him as he tried to refocus. "Well cases are slow right now the only one I'm on at the moment is this lawsuit against a construction company over some spotty work." he says to her as he heads to his desk to gather the paperwork. "We had a home inspector go in and give us a layout on what wasn't up to code and what the builders said they did. Hopefully we can catch them in a lie and score a win for the family." He hands over the paperwork to Rose. "If we go over the both set of notes we should find what we are looking for to nail them.

Rose looked over the notes and was quiet for a few moments." I see where they are lying it's her and the support beam notes on the upper floors. I'm surprised you did not catch it. They lied and now they will pay.". Rose smiled at her clever Ness and wired for Derrick's thoughts.

Derrick looked at the notes 3 or 4 times to see his error. "Shit how did i not see this. Lets circles these notes and file it in for court. Hell with this level of neglect we can settle out of court." He boost while patting Rose on her shoulder. "You will fit in nicely here."

A few days went by and Derrick was getting comfortable with his new intern. "So are you psych about the new batman superman movie?" he asked as he looked over some of the heads of the firms work. Proofreading case file and looking for errors or info to help there cases.

Rose just smiled at his silliness and went back to her desk. few days pass and Rose is working at her desk when Derrick asked her if she was excited about the new batman superman movie." i am not sure i am a super big fan of both but i don't like who they cast as batman i mean christian bale was a wicked bad ass batman. So i am still debating on where i am going to go see it. Are you going to go see it." Rose got back to work but smiled at his cuteness. rose was still getting use to the place but so far her partner was a nice guy.

"Yea he was." Derrick chimes back as he rocks in his seat. "But who knows maybe Batflack may be good. Just hate who is playing luthor though. I ask because i was wondering if you were free on Friday?" he asks as he pulls two tickets off the desk. "Figured since you cracked the construction case and been busting ass helping the other interns out maybe a night of kicking back at the movies was in order."

Rose smiled and blushed." i am sure your girlfriend would want to go with you instead. plus there is still so much that needs to be done at the office." rose turned back to her desk with a sad look but truth was she did have work. she needed to prove her self and work her way up. Rose sighed mentally she decide if he insisted on her going she would go after all he is cute.

"Well if i had a girlfriend she would probably want to go shopping instead." He jokes with her as he implies being single. "And the office will still stand if we take a night off. So what will it be a night at the movies or continuing to break open books?" He ask teasing her with the tickets.

Rose smiled at his joke." alright i will go with you. what time are we going." Rose stacked the files on her desk and stalked over to derricks and sat on the corner." where should i meet you."

"Its a 730 viewing over at the theater by 7th and main st. I can pick you up if you like." Derrick replies as he eyes his female friend. Her skirt hugging her hips as the smell of her perfume floats towards him.

Rose smiles " okay you can pick me up here is my address." Rose walked over to Derrick and stood in front of his chair and wrote down her address." can't wait to see you tonight." Rose walked back her office and grabbed her purse and walked out. Rose got in to her camero and drove home to get ready for her fun night ahead.

Derrick smile beamed as she walked out of the office. her hips swaying seductively to him as she leaves towards the elevators. He grabs his phone and makes a call to a friend. "yo im going to need a town car for tonight."

The hours before the movie dragged to him. He got home showered and swapped out of his suit for a black polo shirt and some grey slacks. The town car picks him up from his apartment and he gives the driver the address to Roses house.

Rose put on one of her pink superman tee and blue jeans with her black converse. Rose put her blond hair in a sexy messy bun and put some pink eye shadow with black eyeliner and some mascara. she put on a light pink lipstick. she grabbed her purse when she heard a knock on the door and smiled." come in."

He opens the door and sees her putting the finishing touches to her outfit. she was stunning. "Crap i should of wore my batman shirt.... or maybe my mask." He jokes as he offers his hand to her. "Shall we go?"
