Of Myth and X-men: OOC Thread
Hi everyone, This is the OOC thread for Of Myth and X-men.
Rules:
1. Be nice to everyone no matter what. Have a confrontation take it up with me.
2. The characters are first come, first claimed. Don't come in bitching and whining that you wanted this character and didn't get it.
3. There will be OC (Original Characters), but they may not be first gen Mutants. They can be the children of the previous original. Yes, Scot and Jean has a child.
4. No OC will be able to join until a good bit of the Original Characters have been claimed.
5. Not sure if God modding should be ruled against. But you can't go and be One mutant with another powers. Exception: Rogue, is able to absorb others powers for a short time and children of the original, but they must have a combination of their parents powers.
6. Privacy- If you don't feel comfortable posting your sexual excursion in public that is fine with me. However, for those who do post their sexual encounter I am cool with that as well. Just don't go and bitch about it.
7. Posting style: I prefer at least two to three para. But I will accept one para as a post. However, I quite understand if you don't quite have a post and its less than one. I know I will end up doing that as well.
8. Color Post: Yes, I love to see color for different characters if your playing more than one. Limit 2 Character per person. That way we won't get burned out.
9. Photos: If you want you can post a photo for each character you have, either normal every day, or X-men version. Of course I don't mind if its real or anime/drawing.
10. Have fun, read the rules. And well lets say Peace, Love, and Sex all the way.(not really but who knows.) Lets keep it less smut more action.

Here is a tid bit about the rp thread. I have been watching the X-men movies, and finally saw X-Men: Origin of Wolverine(sp). Of course I have a bit of a crush on Victor Creed... aka... Sabertooth. I figured to having a rp thread for one on one, but with the interesting stories of the other X-Men it would be better have a group rp thread.
Plot:
The spring solstice was soon upon the seasons as the snow started to melt. A boutique shop in the city not too far from Charles Xavier School for the Gifted had opened up. Due to the changing of the seasons from Winter to warmer Spring like weather. The professor had been having old memories returning to him from his child hood. As for these memories Professor Xavier goes and scans for any new mutant powers that might have awakened.
To his great misfortune one had, but it wasn't like any power that he had seen or felt. Trying to contact the keeper of this power had proven quite troublesome indeed. On the other hand Magneto also found out about this new mutant awakening in power. While he wanted to ensure that the Brotherhood had gotten to them first he sent out his tracker... Sabertooth to investigate. That way if they where trying to hide their powers Sabertooth would be able to find them.
Thus, begins a new mission for the X-Men and the Brotherhood to contact this young mutant to have them in the battle against one another. Unknown to them that the one that they seek had connections between the Professor and Magneto from their childhood. Due to the fact that this mysterious person didn't want attention drawn to them they try to keep a low profile while running a quite unique store.
