So Iam sitting here happily surfing lit...and I decide..hey I want to burn some incense...so I locate the incense and notice the dust on top of my computer table..it is one of the hutch type ones

...so I think hey...I should dust that off...So ... I carefully move everything around and do it...and I notice that the whole desk is kind of a mess so I pick it up...and well it goes on and on from there...my entire bedroom is now immaculate...the rest of the apt is a mess and who knows if this doesnt get better soon the whole damn thing may get cleaned...not that it is a bad thing...but it is obsessive once I start I get posessed by the spirit of Alice the maid or something

.....anyone else???

That's why I like to chunk up my projects into manageable pieces. It makes things easier.

We have this little cement patch.. out one of the back doors. It's hidden from the "outside" world. But I use it as a catch all for outside stuff. (IE: kids toys, dog shit shovels, extra planting pots and crap like that).

It needed to be cleaned up.. it was becoming noticable to everyone that there was alot of "garbage" gathering out there.

Mr Freaky and I loaded up all the broken shit and decided that the door could be used if we had a set of stairs (This is an extra door, that we stopped using when I was about 4 and my Dad never rebuilt the stairs). So he had to run to the lumber store and get some wood. (he was so excited that he was going to get to use power tools) He ended up buying enough lumber to not only build stairs.. but to also build me a work bench (basicly it's a place to hide all the crap) :D

So.. ummm what was the point of my post? ;)

I leave my OCD to checking the alarm clock is set and making sure the front door is locked when I leave the house. But cleaning....

I know it is evil...I am stopping only to smoke a cig and post....What has come over me....

I think I need to get laid...

I have the same problem. You would never guess how much bleach and cleaning supplies I go through. I have a thing for numbers too. Ever seen that movie with Helen Hunt and Jack Nicholson?

Everything has to be in 4s for me...or at the very least even...Like I just had to clean another room...so it wouldnt be just one...I actually took a Xanax so I would stop....I can clean the kitchen bathroom and spare rooms tommorow....Really I can.............
I think I need help:(

So here it is nine hours later...I did sleep for a few of them...and all but my kitchen is immaculate. I really hate when I get like this...granted when I get home tonight I will be so happy to come home to a sparkly clean apt. but really does anyone else get like this...just cleaning and cleaning till there is no more. I am trying to figure out what is stressing me so much I feel I have to do this..Usually there is a very obvious stress...sorry to blather on. And to think I still have the kitchen to clean.
