Kitiara Kanzaiki
Born from a mutant able to change his form into that of a cat and a woman of unknown origin, Kitiara was orphaned after the death of her father and disapperance of her mother.
Now 24 she's come into most of her mutant powers. Like her father she can become a cat at will and is a great evesdropper. Any feline she meets is quickly in her thrall and will server her without question. Found her way to the LeBeau Inst. after a disagreement with a cat owner who was abusing thier "pet." The fact that its a female tiger named Miraj didn't phase Kitiara at all. Now the beast follows her, protecting her and protected by her. The two are a pair, always together.
Kitiara worked for a while as an exotic dancer, being able to change partly to feline form with ease as well as to full large cat form- a siberian tiger of all things.
Eyes: Cat-green
Hair: Waist length white/black banded.
Ht: 5'2"
Features: Mostly Asian, small and petite, almost always underestimated.
Strengths: Claws at will, shapeshifting and feline mind control.
Weakeness- LOVES seafood to distraction, HATES dogs in most cases, and is loyal to the point of foolishness upon occasion


How's that? I've meet people from NOLA- the probably wouldn't be phased by a tigress walking about, especialy a rather small, genetically altered one the size of a large dog (mastif-type).
