...Rubio's parents came to America 2.5 years before Castro came to power in Cuba, despite his earlier attempts to proclaim they came to America fleeing Castro - they were not exiles as his hyperbolic, political mantra originally portrayed. And he only changed his tune after his fabrication was brought to light.

Many within a segment of the so-called right - including almost all of those who refused to vote for either statists in the last election - consider Rubio ineligible to be President, because he was not born to American citizen parents, a fundamental requirement they consider paramount to anyone being defined as "a natural born citizen".

Senator Rubio would serve his country most by simply doing his Congressional best to help establish superior legal immigration law in this land that cries for it so much right now...

...instead of just molding the issue of illegal and legal immigration to fit his planned run for the Office.

Seems to me that he's spouting off political rhetoric just for the sake of it. Last I looked the Dems still had a majority in the Senate even though, as usual, the Reps will block any and all legislation in the house. It wouldn't matter if it was a bill that would cure cancer for a dollar fifty, if it had a D next to the sponsor the Reps would block it.

It was a leak as the plan is being formed. Not something fully formed and sent to congress.
