And, besides that, I was referring to people in the 'hood, not to members of Congress.

I was referring to black people in general, but especially to those in "the 'hood." Members of Congress or suburban black people would be less likely to support The Big O with no reservations, but he carried some of the inner city precincts by 100% in 2012. Some of the votes may have been fraudulent, but most were not.

I'm aware of that but, in the precincts I cited, the turnout was heavier than usual in 2008 and 2012 and, in 2008, the vote went solidly for Obama rather than another Dem.

Which is no big deal, except to a specific group of people. Lets say that the difference both in turn out and in percent of vote is made up 100% of black racists. That would still make them a fraction of a fraction of the American public. Blacks make up 12% of the population, roughly half of Americans voted in the recent elections (which is high for us) blacks vote less frequently than the general population anyway. So if I'm being super generous Obama's got 5% of the population in his pocket and more realistically it's probably like 2%. But you care, for a very specific reason.
